PROMOTION REGULATIONS "SUMMER WITH SKINVIBE"

SKINVIBE.GLOBAL ONLINE STORE

§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. These regulations ("Regulations") set out the terms and conditions of the promotional campaign "Summer with SkinVibe" ("Promotion").
2. The Organiser of the Promotion is ITRG-ZIĘBA-MAGIERA-STYLIŃSKI SPÓŁKA JAWNA (general partnership), with its registered office at Christo Botewa 6B/B4, 30-798 Cracow, Poland, VAT NO: PL9452174051, contact@skinvibe.global, tel. +48 690 287 784 ("Organiser").
3. The Promotion is valid within the European Union and other countries where delivery from the skinvibe.global online store is available.

§ 2. PROMOTION CONDITIONS

1. During the Promotion, the Organiser offers discounts on selected products available in the skinvibe.global online store. The discount amount for each product is individually determined and visible on the product page.
2. Products included in the Promotion are marked on the store page. For each promotional product, the following is displayed:
   
   current promotional price
   regular price (before the discount)
   information about the lowest price within 30 days before the discount was introduced (in accordance with applicable regulations)
   
   
3. The promotional discount cannot be combined with other discounts or discount codes, unless the Organiser states otherwise.
4. The Promotion is valid while stocks last.
5. The Organiser reserves the right to modify the discount amounts during the Promotion, while respecting the acquired rights of customers who have already placed orders.
6. Product prices may change depending on stock availability. In case of limited product availability, the Organiser may increase its price.

§ 3. PROMOTION DURATION

The Promotion is valid from 8 June to 31 August 2025.

§ 4. PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

1. Any customer making purchases in the skinvibe.global online store during the Promotion period may take part in the Promotion.
2. To take advantage of the Promotion, add the promotional products to the cart and complete the order during the Promotion period.
3. The decisive factor is the moment the order is placed by the customer.

§ 5. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

1. During the Promotion, the standard return and complaint policies described in the skinvibe.global store terms and conditions apply.
2. In the event of a return of a product purchased during the Promotion, the customer will receive a refund of the amount actually paid for the product.
3. Complaints related to the Promotion should be sent to: contact@skinvibe.global. The Organiser will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receipt.

§ 6. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The Organiser reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early if promotional product stocks are exhausted.
2. In the event of pricing or technical errors, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the funds paid.
3. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Regulations, provided that the changes do not infringe on the acquired rights of customers. Customers will be informed of any changes via the store website.
4. In all matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the skinvibe.global store terms and conditions and generally applicable laws shall apply.
5. These Regulations come into effect on the date of publication on www.skinvibe.global.
